Google Chrome
1.On your computer, open Chrome.
2.At the top right, click More .
3.Click Settings.
4.At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
5.Under “Privacy,” click Content settings.
6.Near the bottom, click JavaScript.
7.Turn JavaScript on or off: To change the settings for a site, click Manage exceptions…. To delete an exception or pattern, click x next to it; To add a new exception or pattern, click Add a new exception… and then enter the info under “Pattern.” If you want exceptions to apply only when using Incognito mode in Chrome, check Allow in Incognito under “Behavior.”; Under “Destination,” choose one of these: Block – Turns off access to a specific site; Ask first – Requires permission before allowing access to a site; Allow – Gives access to a specific site without asking first (not recommended).
Microsoft Internet Explorer
1.On your computer, open Internet Explorer.
2.Click Tools icon in the upper-right corner of the window., and then select Internet options from the drop-down list..
3.’ Select the Security tab..
4.’ In Internet Options dialog box, select Custom Level button.. The Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box opens..’ In Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box,’ scroll down to Scripting > Active scripting..’ status is set to Disabled’ then select Enable radio button under Active scripting > Scripting > Active scripting’ and then hit OK button at Warning! Any changes will take effect after you restart your computer.’ bottom warning message as shown image below:-
Scripting > Active scripting Status : Disabled after selecting ‘Enable’ radio button 5.’ After selecting ‘Enable’ radio button hit OK button again at bottom of Internet Options dialog box NOT at bottom of ‘Security Settings – Internet Zone’ dialog box as shown image above :- 6.’ If you hit OK button at bottom of ‘Security Settings – Internet Zone’dialog box without selecting ‘Enable’ radio buton then internet explorer will not enable javascript and display same screen as above with message enabled after restarting internet explorer as shown image below :- 7.’ If you hit ‘Restore Defaults…’ button instead of Enable radio botton by mistake while changing active scripting status from disabled to enabled state as shown image below :- You will get following message after clicking Restore Defaults…button instead of Enable radio botton by mistake :- Are you sure you want to change these settings? All custom security levels will be reset and replaced with default levels.’ 8.’ Now if we select Enable radio botton once again and hit OK buttons steps 5 => 6 => 7 => 8 => 9=> 10=> 11=> 12 going until show all content instead cancelling Information Bar menu item selected by mistake while trying enable javascript through customising internet explorer security level for internet zone as shown image below :- 13.’javascript enabled successfully message displayed if steps 1 going until 12 followed in order i e 1=>2=>3=>>4=>>5=>6==>7==>8==>9==>.10==>11 ==>12 are followed successfully coming going forward i e if we go ahead by clicking show all content link while Information Bar displayed at top instead cancelling it by mistake like step 13 showing in image below . We get javascript enabled successfully message displayed now .
