How to Turn On JavaScript in Chrome

If you’re having trouble with your web pages loading properly, it could be that JavaScript is turned off in your browser. Here’s how to turn it on in Chrome.

Open the Chrome browser.

Click the “Customize and Control” button. It is located in the upper-right corner of the browser window, to the right of the address bar. A drop-down menu will appear.
Click “Settings” in the drop-down menu. This will open a new tab in Chrome with your settings.
Click “Show Advanced Settings” at the bottom of the page. This will open more options.
Scroll down to the “Privacy” section and click “Content settings”. This will open a new window with your content settings.
Under the “JavaScript” section, select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript”.
Close the Content Settings window.

Click on the “Customize and Control” button.

This button is to the right of the address bar and has 3 horizontal lines on it. A drop-down menu will appear.
Click on “Settings” near the bottom of the drop-down menu.
A new tab will open.
Click on “Show advanced settings” at the bottom of the new tab.
Scroll down to the “Privacy” section.
Click on the “Content settings…” button.
A new window will pop up.
In the “JavaScript” section, select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)”

Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.

If you’re using a Mac, you can also select “Preferences” from the drop-down menu.

Click on the “Advanced” tab at the top of the page.

Under the “Privacy and security” section, click on “Content settings”.

Click on “JavaScript”.

Make sure that the “Allowed (recommended)” option is selected.

Scroll down to the “Privacy” section and click on the “Content settings” button.

Click on the ” JavaScript ” tab and make sure that the ” Allow all sites to run JavaScript ” is selected.
Click on the ” OK button to save your changes.

Scroll down to the “JavaScript” section and select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript.”

At the bottom of the page, click the “Show advanced settings” link.

Scroll down to the “JavaScript” section and select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript.”
