How to Enable JavaScript in Google Chrome

If you’re having trouble getting a game or other software program to work, you may need to enable JavaScript in your Google Chrome browser.

Open Google Chrome

To enable JavaScript in Google Chrome, follow these instructions:

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the browser window and select “Settings”.
3. Scroll down to the “Privacy and security” section and click “Content settings”.
4. Select “JavaScript” from the list of options.
5. Make sure the “Allowed” option is selected.
6. Close the Settings tab.

Enter “chrome://settings/content” into the address bar

1. Enter “chrome://settings/content” into the address bar.
2. Scroll to the JavaScript section and select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript.”
3. Relaunch Chrome.

Scroll down to the JavaScript section

In the “Privacy” section, click the Content settings button.
Under “JavaScript,” click the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button.
Click the Done button to save your changes.

From the drop-down menu, select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)”.

Click Done

Enabling JavaScript in Google Chrome is pretty easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Open the “Settings” menu. You can do this by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner of the screen, then selecting “Settings.”

2. Click the “Advanced” tab. This is near the bottom of the “Settings” page.

3. Scroll down to the “Privacy and security” section and click “Content settings.”

4. Under the “JavaScript” heading, click the button that says “Allowed (recommended).” This will turn on JavaScript in your Google Chrome browser immediately. If you want to disable it again, simply click the button and it will change back to “Blocked.”
